Mis covers favoritos de "Sea of Hope" (Three Tunes Tuesday)
En una de mis publicaciones les comenté que había escuchado la canción If de Bread gracias a este reality show, quedé sorprendida por la belleza de la canción y por no haberla conocido antes, ya que es de 1971. Una de las integrantes del elenco de este programa es la coreana Lee Su-hyun, cuya voz me ha parecido extraordinaria. Canta de una forma muy pura y hasta Disney lo sabe. Ella interpreta una de las canciones de Mulan en su versión live action.
¿Han escuchado alguna vez un cantante contratado por Disney que no tenga una voz exquisita?
En los covers que hoy comparto canta Lee Su-hyun, son tres de mis covers favoritos de esta hermosa serie/reality con la cual he podido reír, ver nuevas preparaciones culinarias, asombrarme con las puestas de sol y los hermosos paisajes playeros y ver cómo promocionan la conciencia ciudadana a través del cuidado de las playas y espacios marinos.

In one of my posts I told you that I had heard the song If by Bread thanks to this reality show, I was surprised by the beauty of the song and for not having known it before, since it is from 1971. One of the cast members of this show is Korean Lee Su-hyun, whose voice I found extraordinary. She sings in a very pure way and even Disney knows it. She performs one of the songs from Mulan in its live action version.

In the three covers that I share today Lee Su-hyun sings, they are three of my favourite covers of this beautiful series with which I have been able to laugh, see new culinary preparations, be amazed by the sunsets and the beautiful beach landscapes, see how they highlight the civic conscience through the care of the beaches and marine spaces.

La fusión entre la voz de Lee Su-hyun junto con la guitarra y el teclado con ese sonido tan hermoso me encanta, las imágenes de sus compañeros disfrutando de este ensayo también le añade un extra encantador a esta interpretación, se nota la admiración que tienen por ella y lo mucho que su voz pudo tocar sus espíritus. Apreciar los paisajes añade aún más emotividad a este tema, es algo fascinante, cuando al finalizar su última nota se puede apreciar el sonido del mar.
La semana pasada hice un cover de esta canción y las sensaciones despertadas mientras cantaba fueron especiales, se ha convertido en una de mis canciones favoritas.
The fusion of Lee Su-hyun's voice with the guitar and keyboard with that beautiful sound I love, the images of her colleagues enjoying this rehearsal also adds an extra charm to this performance, you can feel the admiration they have for her and how much her voice could touch their spirits. Appreciating the scenery adds even more emotion to this song, it's a fascinating thing, when at the end of her last note you can hear the sound of the sea.
Last week I did a cover of this song and the sensations awakened while singing it were special, it has become one of my favourite songs.
Lovely Day - Lee Su-hyun, Rose, Onew y Yoon Jong Shin
He tenido la oportunidad de cantar junto al mar, pero solo en compañía de una guitarra y algo de percusión, me encantaría poder hacerlo con este formato de guitarra y teclado. Esta canción lleva su nombre bien puesto es muy adorable, tiene una vibra de encanto y tranquilidad que nos dice que el día va a ser maravilloso. Una vez más poder apreciar las imágenes marinas es algo que me llena de paz.
Aquí se puede ver el espectáculo que dan en el bar en la playa, me parece tan original que lo hacen usando sus delantales, siendo parte de toda la dinámica de este lindo espacio en la playa.
I have had the opportunity to sing by the sea, but only in the company of a guitar and some percussion, I would love to be able to do it with this guitar and keyboard format. This song is very lovely, it has a very charming, peaceful vibe that tells us that the day is going to be wonderful. Once again, being able to appreciate the marine imagery is something that fills me with peace.
Here you can appreciate the show they put on at the beach bar, I find it so original that they do it wearing their aprons, being part of the whole dynamic of this nice beach bar.
City of Stars - Lee Su-hyun y Lee Dong Wook
Adoro como suena el teclado en esta canción, de hecho los músicos que los acompañan son geniales con sus arreglos. Durante el programa se pueden ver los ensayos y lo mucho que se sincronizan con los cantantes.
Este es mi cover favorito de la serie, en él aparece uno de mis actores coreanos favoritos, Lee Dong Wook (¡también uno de mis cuarentones favoritos!). Me encanta su actitud mientras canta, de forma humilde comparte la escena con esta joven estrella Lee Su-hyun.
Se puede notar cuánto lo disfrutan, la complicidad entre ellos que les lleva a las risas en cierto momento de la interpretación. En realidad amo a este actor desde que lo vi en Goblin, mi serie coreana favorita de todos los tiempos, fue una sorpresa verlo preparando cócteles de una forma tan entregada y cantando esta maravillosa canción.
Espero que hayan disfrutado de estos covers, de los hermosos paisajes y de la buena música.
I love the way the keyboard sounds in this song, in fact the accompanying musicians are great with their arrangements. During the show you can see the rehearsals and how much they synchronise with the singers.
This is my favourite cover of the show, it features one of my favourite Korean actors, Lee Dong Wook (also one of my favourite 40-somethings!). I love his attitude as he sings, humbly sharing the scene with this young star Lee Su-hyun.
You can tell how much they enjoy it, the complicity between them that leads to laughter at a certain point in the performance. I really love this actor ever since I saw him in Goblin, my favourite Korean series of all time, it was a surprise to see him preparing cocktails in such a dedicated way and singing this wonderful song.

Pero esta chica tiene una voz angelical 😍 hubo una epoca donde escuchaba muchas bandas y solistas coreanas porque tienen un estilo diferente, de entre ellas Mamamoo y Girl's generation, habia otra pero no recuerdo el nombre. A veces son criticados porque dicen tienen voz chillona pero nada que ver jajaa esta chica es fenomenal, me gusto IF ❤️

Lovely version of a classic, really well delivered, maybe a bit too like the original, I always like to see someone add something new or different to a cover, make it their own if you will, but was still nice.
