Ellos le cantan al desamor (Three Tunes Tuesday)
¿Qué subyugante atracción posee el desamor? Él llega para estamparse en las melodías abrazando el compás de adoloridos corazones. Opuesto al sentimiento más anhelado, mejor conocido como el amor, el desamor le gana este último cuando se trata de llevarse la corona de protagonista musical. El desamor es la constante de cuantiosas canciones que son escuchadas a más no poder por amantes en todo el mundo.
¿Quién no ha cantado a todo pulmón una canción de desamor? Mejor conocida como canción de despecho, y no es necesario estar pasando por una ruptura amorosa para gozar de estas canciones. ¡Y sí, no puedo usar otra palabra que gozo! Porque así se canta una canción de desamor, se canta con toda el alma, con alborozo y aunque arranque lágrimas se sigue cantando hasta el último compás, se canta a todo pulmón.
¿Serán las sentidas letras? ¿Serán sus tristes acordes? ¿Qué tienen las canciones de desamor que gustan tanto? Quizá es una mezcla de todo esto, quizá las canciones de amor nos recuerdan que amar puede llegar a doler y nos dan las esperanza de drenar ese dolor a través de la música, canciones que ya fueron cantadas y vividas por tantos otros.
Cuando cantamos al desamor se repiten las voces que alguna vez usaron esta canción para olvidar...
Hoy quiero mostrarles tres canciones que hablan sobre el desamor, interpretadas por ellos, son melodías que saben tocar la fibra más profunda de nuestro ser.

Better known as a breakup song, and it is not necessary to be going through a breakup to enjoy these songs, and yes, I can't use any other word than joy! Because that's how you sing a heartbreak song, you sing it with all your soul, with joy, and even if it tears up, you keep singing it until the last bar, you sing it at the top of your lungs.
Is it the heartfelt lyrics, is it the sad chords, what is it about heartbreak songs that makes them so popular? Maybe it is a mixture of all this, maybe love songs remind us that love can hurt and give us hope to drain that pain through music, songs that have already been sung and lived by so many others.

En el Muelle de San Blas -Maná
Esta canción de la famosa banda mexicana es una de las más tristes que he podido escuchar. Va narrando una historia muy dolorosa y les confieso que cuando la canto me pone muy triste. Siento que el desamor a ese nivel es sumamente dañino, esperar por alguien a ese nivel es morir en vida.
Opino que esta canción tiene una peculiaridad muy grande, posee un ritmo contagioso y movida mientras que su letra es sumamente meláncolica. Pronto les compartiré un cover de esta canción que decidí grabar en el cuatro.
This song by the famous Mexican band is one of the saddest songs I have ever heard. It tells a very painful story and I confess that when I sing it, it makes me very sad. I feel that the lack of love at that level is extremely harmful, to wait for someone at that level is to die in life.

Lágrimas Negras - Diego El Cigala
Si una canción puede retratar el desamor es Lágrimas negras, tan solo el nombre lleva a pensar en el llanto más doloroso que puede existir, al ser las lágrimas incoloras y en ocasiones dolorosas. Imagina pensar en llorar lágrimas negras. Esta frase expresa el dolor que cala en los huesos.
Yo tuve la dicha de poder cantar en una coral que fundé, La Coral Polifónica de Oriente, esta canción. Y recuerdo las innumerables sensaciones por las que me paseaba en los ensayos y presentaciones. Con esta canción también me animé a hacer un cover en el cuatro. ¡Ya escucharán!

Un buen perdedor - Franco de Vita
Una canción para cantar a todo pulmón, me parece exquisita. Una mezcla de rabia, tristeza y aceptación al despedir a una persona que significa perder a alguien que sientes que al final no valoró tus sentimientos. Este arreglo me parece estupendo, añadir instrumentos de cuerda junto a la batería y guitarra y guitarra eléctrica le dio un toque más moderno y a la vez imprimió más dramatismo con el juego de voces, en este ensamble me parecen excelsas.
Una vez tuve la oportunidad de presenciar un concierto de Franco de Vita al aire libre, fue estupendo poder corear sus sensacionales canciones. ¡La música me nutre!
A song to sing at the top of your lungs, I find it exquisite. A mixture of anger, sadness and acceptance when saying goodbye to a person that means losing someone who you feel in the end didn't value your feelings. I think this arrangement is great, adding string instruments along with the drums and guitar and electric guitar gave it a more modern touch and at the same time gave it more drama with the play of voices, in this ensemble I think they are excellent.
I once had the opportunity to attend a Franco de Vita concert outdoors, it was great to be able to sing along to his sensational songs, the music nourishes me!
