My Introductory Post

Meet Emmy Jnr
Hello everyone, my name is Emmanuel Sunday Adigizi (Emmy Junior), from Nasarawa Eggon LGA in Nasarawa State, Nigeria. I heard some band members of mine were discussing about Hive and I asked them am also interested. So they introduced me to @ovey10 and he taught me everything I needed to know about it.

I came from a family of five persons, two boys and three girls.
I'm the last born that's why my parent call me Emma junior because I was told when they gave birth to me my grandfather named me after him and my parent respected my grandfather so much that they accepted the name and them calling me his name reminds them of him.
Though he was late now, may his soul rest in peace amen.

My family are christians, we were taught and brought up in Christianity as a Religious. My siblings and I usually followed my parent to almost all the church activities especially music concert. My Dad loves music so much and he played bass guitar. That's why I grew up and developed passion for music and playing of instruments.

I am a musician but basically a gospel singer and I played keyboard, drum and learning bass guitar presently. I had a picture my dad shown me when I was still a child seating in a drum set in the church some years ago. He told me I always cried each time he refused taking me to church not knowing I will grow up to become a singer and an instrumentalist.

As I grew I sing in my church countless times and was privileged to be invited for music concerts to minister and play instruments in other churches as usual.

Aside from singing, I wanted to go into modeling but in nasarawa state modeling doesn't pay or isn't recognized as a good field. I loved fashion a lot too. With or without money I will dress to look good when going to church, weddings or any events I was invited.

My friends are tailors, I will buy the materials and they will sow it for me in a cheaper prize that's how I got to have some good sowing clothes for myself. Not to forget, am also a writer. I've not written any published books yet but I've written my experiences, ideas, plans in my jotters and am looking forward to fulfill them someday. I developed passion for writing skills because I am a stammerer. I don't usually talk much especially with people I'm not into them. Only few people I know well I can talk freely with them. But I can write and chat a lot. I mostly impressed my feelings and emotion through writings. I basically do more of writing than talking.

I graduated from college of health sciences and technology keffi nasarawa state 5 years ago. Trying to get a well paying job have not been easy and things gets harder or tougher as the day goes by. I've worked in Primary Health Care known as PHC in one of the village in my town as a volunteer staff for about 3 years and I left the PHC because the money they were paying us as volunteer staff is not enough.

Infact the money can't even feed me for a whole month let alone to talk about savings or buying other things I needed. Presently am working in a private facility even though the money is not much but is far better than the one primary health care paid me back then. And aside from trying to get a well paying job.

I wanted to further my education into university. I've applied direct entry known as D.E for two years but couldn't get admission. I was so fustrated and confused about life, what to do next has been a great challenge for me because am trying to balance my academic pursue in life or hoping to secure a good job to better my life. To sit and write jamb to get the required jamb scores for the course medical laboratory science as a fresh student is tough for me. Considering my parents are old now and both are retired from civil service.

I needed to get a better job and earn money to take care of them. I just can't explain it but since when I was a child, I always thought of growing up becoming a great and wealthy man that will be supportive to my siblings and take very good care of my parents because of all the good things and sacrifices they've made for me and my siblings. But the opportunities wasn't there so I kept struggling with life and my ambitious to further my education started weighing down. Each time I remembered it, tears will flow through my eyes and I will cry , cry and cried out my pain. Inspite of everything my parent still supports me with their little pension money and encouraged me never to give up knowing how bad the country or Nigeria government are these days. If you don't have money or have any connections to get a better job in the country will not be easy . My parents will advice me to keep my hope alive and set my dreams ahead. But guess what guys? I strongly believed one day I will make them proud. I know one day I will be able to provide for them and fulfill some if not all, the plans I have for them.
Enough of my family issue, let me tell you few things about my music career, fashion and modeling experiences and working experience.
My music career is growing and glowing well.

I've learn new music skills and engaged in some online lessons to know how to sing in high pitch, how to control your breath and other things. Doing music and playing instruments is my life, seems without music there's nothing else that will give me joy or makes me happy.

For the fashion and modeling, I've stopped the dream because I don't have enough money to be buying clothes anymore as a grown older. I have other personal things to do with money that will give me profit than buying clothes without getting any profit from it.
And finally in the present hospital I worked as a medical Laboratory Technician, I am the only laboratory technician working in the facility closing by 5pm daily from Monday to Saturday.

Private facility is very stressful but am getting stronger everyday. I run test like urine and stoll microscopic, hepatitis screening, HIV, malaria test, HB. Genotype, Pregnancy test,H. Pyloric, blood group and lot more of them I can't mention them.
I know my being here will improve my writings and music abilities in different aspects and am eager to share more of my experiences to those that wants to learn from me and I'm ready to learn from you people as well.
