Es bonito mirar atrás y recordar momentos especiales ignorando un poco todos esos pensamientos dolorosos y angustiosos, ver atrás debería ser motivo de sonrisas y no de tristezas; personas sin iguales, lugares de ensueño y música mágica que ambienta la atmosfera.

La canción que les comparto hoy tiene este aire de ayer que me hace sonreír, es como ver toda una musicalización de escenas de mi vida junto a mi familia y eso me contagia de mucha nostalgia y sentimientos. Hay algunos recuerdos borros del pasado, logro visualizar esos días de niñez compartiendo con pequeños amigos, los niños que asistían a la iglesia junto a mí; recuerdo algunos helados muy sabrosos que vendía la hermana Carmen, helados que endulzaban y refrescaban mi boca. Veía a los grandes, los adultos, como personas increíbles y yo aquí a esta edad, entrando ya a los treinta años, me pregunto si ellos tuvieron las mismas dudas y dificultades que yo afronto ahora mismo.

Marcos Witt ha escrito canciones muy hermosas y emblemáticas a través de su trayectoria musical; canciones que han marcado a toda una generación y que todavía siguen tocando corazones y moviendo la mano de Dios. Aunque realmente este cantico no es de la autoría de Marcos, los arreglos únicos que él inyectó en la canción hacen de la suya mi versión favorita; un aire suave y agradable de jazz impregna todo lo que hay alrededor cuando las melodías resuenan.

The song that I share with you today has this air of yesterday that makes me smile, it is like seeing a whole musicalization of scenes from my life with my family and that infects me with a lot of nostalgia and feelings. There are some blurred memories from the past, I can visualize those days of childhood sharing with little friends, the children who attended church with me; I remember some very tasty ice creams that Sister Carmen sold, ice creams that sweetened and refreshed my mouth. I saw the grown-ups, the adults, as incredible people and here at this age, already entering my thirties, I wonder if they had the same doubts and difficulties that I face right now.

Marcos Witt has written very beautiful and emblematic songs throughout his musical career; songs that have marked an entire generation and that still continue to touch hearts and move the hand of God. Although this song is not actually written by Marcos, the unique arrangements that he injected into the song make his my favorite version; A soft and pleasant air of jazz permeates everything around as the melodies resonate.
