La libertad de hacer y escoger nos lleva cautivos a la salvación o la desolación. Dichosos los que escogen la luz, porque es buena. Porque en el principio, durante la fundación del mundo, dijo Dios: sea la luz; y fue. Y vio Dios que la luz era buena, y separó a la luz de las tinieblas. Y a lo claro llamó día, y a las tinieblas llamó noche.

Más adelante, en 1 Juan, este habla y dice: este es el mensaje que hemos oído y os predicamos: Dios es luz, y no hay ningunas tinieblas en él. Si decimos que tenemos comunión con él, y andamos en tinieblas, mentimos, y no practicamos la verdad.

No, no es posible andar en luz y tinieblas al mismo tiempo, pues lo que está hecho para iluminar no oscurece.

Que la luz resplandeciente del Señor ilumine nuestros hogares, y que a nuestras mentes nubladas traiga la claridad que necesitamos. En todo tiempo sea el nombre de Jehová bendito, pues a los que creyeron y le siguieron, él ha sacado de las tinieblas a su luz admirable.

The freedom to do and choose takes us captive to salvation or desolation. Blessed are those who choose the light, because it is good. For in the beginning, during the foundation of the world, God said: Let there be light; and went. And God saw that the light was good, and separated the light from the darkness. And he called the light day, and the darkness he called night.
