I can't forget in a hurry how I came across this particular song, one of the days I needed something in my room and upon realizing that I didn't have it, I decided to reach out to my neighbour for help, on getting to his room, this was the next song to be played that morning in a certain station he tuned into.
When the rhythm of the song began, I was immediately enticed, so I picked up hair and sat on and decided to listen to the song while I paid rapt attention to the lyrics of the song, there and then, I knew I needed that song in my playlist but before I could even remember to check for the title of the song or who sang the song, another song was played.
So as not to miss the song quickly, I immediately got a book and pen, wrote down the part of the, lyrics I could remember, picked up what I went to get, and left his room. It took me days to finally remember I needed to download the song and after finally downloading that song on my phone, it has been kept on replay for a long time.

Yeah, I wouldn't know why I fell in love with this song, perhaps because I always have this nagging that I am not enough, that I need more.
I believe that this song tells more about me and so whenever I feel down, and begin to doubt myself, the lyrics of this song remind me that I have a maker who loves me even in my imperfections.

Constantly reminding me that every day, I should learn and be conscious of being selfish about myself and put myself first, no matter what has happened or what will happen, I should learn to forgo them because they are the past and look into the future because beautiful things are unfolding. The song reminds me every day to be conscious of my words because they are who I am and they either mare or build me.
GOODNESS OF GOD BY BETHEL MUSIC
This has become my early morning anthem, every day I wake up to see the beautiful day, to freely breathe in and out, to freely lift my body without any help, it reminds me of God's faithfulness to me and to my family. I mean, there are times I have got to the end of the crossroads, at the edge of giving up but I see God's goodness in my life.
