It was the antithesis of Salserín, which is also a tropical orchestra made up of children who achieved success at the same time; we will also talk about them in another post.

Este cambio no solo reflejaba una evolución artística, sino también una estrategia para mantener viva la identidad del grupo en medio de un mercado musical en constante transformación. A pesar de los desafíos; incluyendo la migración de músicos y la crisis cultural que afectó a Venezuela en las décadas siguientes, Porfi Baloa logró preservar el espíritu de la orquesta, llevándola a giras internacionales y manteniendo su presencia en festivales y eventos clave del calendario salsero globales.
