AFRITUNES, WEEK 112// COVER OF "TRAP OUT THE SUBMARINE" BY ELBEE
Happy new month lovely people of the afritunes community. It's a pleasure to be here. My name is Namsifon, which means,Do Good in English. My Nick name is eLBee. Here is the link to my introductory post. This is my first time posting in this community and I hope to be welcomed.
I am a great music lover and song writer. Rema has always been my music role model. I usually get inspirations from his songs a lot. I listen to almost all of his songs and I'm beginning to write songs that sound like his. I have written a lot of songs too. I do have a great singing voice and it is distinct whenever I sing solfa notations in the choir in my church.
I know I'll be great with a lot of other songs too if I get to add a little training to my voice. Like I said before, I have written more than a 100 songs and I have recorded one of the songs titled, "Kolomental"( available on audiomack).
For this week, I chose the song, Trap Out the Submarine, by Rema. This song blends the elements of trap music, afro beat, and dance hall. It carries a message of resilience, determination, and triumph over adversity. In this song, Rema talks about rising above difficult circumstances, hustling to make money, and celebrating success despite the odds stacked against him.
I chose this song because of the positivity and the message it portrays and I hope you see it too.
Much Love🙏
