No cabe duda que daca vez se nos hace más difícil el encontrar las palabras correctas para empezar una vez más en este espacio de martes musical y mucho más difícil es saber de que y de quien hablar pues ya hemos perdido la cuenta de las semanas que tiene este hermoso TTT. Lo bueno es que tenía un par de semanas pensando en qué dirección llevar mi TTT de hoy y después de darle vueltas en la cabeza decidí que era el momento perfecto para volver a nuestras raíces idiomáticas, poéticas y románticas.

There’s no doubt that it’s getting harder and harder for us to find the right words to kick off another edition of this musical Tuesday feature, and it’s even harder to know what and who to talk about, since we’ve lost count of how many weeks this wonderful TTT has been running. The good news is that I’d been thinking for a couple of weeks about which direction to take today’s TTT, and after mulling it over, I decided it was the perfect time to return to our linguistic, poetic, and romantic roots.

Para hoy no tendré mucho de que hablar de mí por dos rezones primero, el malestar de gripe me tiene sin energía para hablar tanto sobre mí y segundo pues creo que de vez en cuando cambiar la forma de presentar mis TTT es totalmente valido así que hoy será un martes bastante directo al grano y con canciones que sin duda te encantaran pues de eso si estoy seguro. No son artista muy conocidos y en su mayoría creo que los han conocido por alguno que otro cover que he presentado de ellos así que puede que estas canciones sean nuevas para ti y es por eso que estoy seguro que les gustará mi elección de hoy.

_I won’t have much to say about myself today for two reasons: first, I’m feeling under the weather with the flu, so I don’t have the energy to talk much about myself, and second, I think it’s totally fine to change up the way I present my TTTs every once in a while. So today will be a Tuesday that gets right to the point, featuring songs that you’ll definitely love I’m sure of that. These aren’t very well-known artists, and I think most of you have come across them through the occasional cover I’ve shared of their songs, so these might be new to you and that’s exactly why I’m sure you’ll like my picks today.

Quiero compartir con ustedes tres canciones en nuestro idioma que para mí representan a la perfección el balance entre una producción impecable, una atmósfera envolvente y letras que realmente te hacen detenerte a escuchar. No son necesariamente los hits radiales de estadios o aquellos que solemos escuchar en cada estación de radio o listas de plataformas de streaming, sino que son canciones que quedan grabadas por su textura y su propuesta. Para abrir esta selección quiero traer a hasta acá a uno de los proyectos más mexicano de los últimos años que me ha atraído musicalmente. Lo que me atrapa de esta canción es la sutileza con la que maneja las capas de sonido, las guitarras tienen ese toque de reverberación y delay que crean un espacio gigante casi cinematográfico, haciendo honor a su nombre. Lo que me dice que sin duda tiene un productor capaz de entender no solo al artista si no su música. La voz se siente muy cercana, casi como si te estuvieran contando una historia al oído, apoyada por una línea de bajo que camina con un groove impecable durante todo el track. Si no la han escuchado con atención, presten atención a los detalles artísticos de la mezcla. No cabe duda que es una canción ideal para escuchar en cualquier momento.

To kick off this selection, I want to highlight one of the most distinctly Mexican projects of recent years that has really drawn me in musically.
