Vibes Web3 Music Competition Week 23: "One More Light" - Linkin Park (Cover Song)
Hola a todos los amigos de la comunidad Vibes espero que estén disfrutando de un gran día. Mi nombre es Eduardo con el usuario de #Hive @eduardo900613, quien los saluda desde Cuba, con mucho afecto. Me encuentro regresando como cada semana con otro cover song, para el Vibes Web3 Music Competition Week 23. En esta oportunidad escogí un tema lo bastante complejo para mí, ya que me di a la tarea de aprenderme una canción en inglés.
Un idioma en el cual no hablo mucho prácticamente nada, pero motivado por la buena música anglosajona que se produce internacionalmente, traté de dar mi mejor esfuerzo. Por mi parte confieso que siempre me ha gustado escuchar todo género musical anglosajón, tanto los clásicos que se volvieron himnos para siempre, así como las nuevas propuestas más modernas que traen los artistas de nuestra generación. El cover que les traigo en esta ocasión me tomó muchísimo tiempo completarlo, es una de las canciones que más me gustan de la banda Linkin Park.
Agrupación estadounidense que fue fundada en el año 1996, y la misma en su momento llevó el Rock que ya conocíamos a otro nivel, presentándolo más electrónico. Siendo este uno de sus sellos de identidad en el género, combinando varios como el Nu metal, rock alternativo, rap metal, metal alternativo, heavy metal, pop. La canción que les traigo se titula One More Light, debo decir que fue interpretada magistralmente por el cantante de la banda, Chester Bennington, desaparecido físicamente en una trágica y dolorosa pérdida para el mundo de la música.
Cantante de una potente voz, que será inigualable e irremplazable para sus fanáticos, que lo recuerdan y creo que lo harán por siempre tras su legado musical. Dejó, a su paso por el género, a toda una generación de seguidores enamorada de todas sus presentaciones. One More Light pertenece al séptimo álbum de estudio de la banda. Es una canción que habla sobre la importancia de la vida, precisamente fue escrita con la intención de llevar amor, a todas las personas que han perdido a alguien importante. Chester Bennington le dedicó esta canción, en su momento, a un gran amigo que también desapareció físicamente.
Espero que disculpen mi manera intrépida de compartir este cover song en inglés, el cual hice con mucho tacto y sin darle tanto pensamiento, ya que de lo contrario no lo haría. Pero ¿qué pasaría si no lo intento siquiera? Creo que la música ha sido últimamente un impulsor para que acepte de una vez que debo incorporar el idioma. Eliminar la barrera que me separa de disfrutar, en su manera original, de tantas canciones que ocupan espacio en mis listas de reproducción y que escucho a diario. Para todos ustedes este cover song de One More Light perteneciente a una de mis bandas favoritas, Linkin Park por siempre. Saludos a todos y hasta un próximo encuentro.

Hello to all friends of the Vibes community I hope you are enjoying a great day. My name is Eduardo with the #Hive user @eduardo900613, who greets you from Cuba, with much affection. I'm back as every week with another cover song, for the Vibes Web3 Music Competition Week 23. This time I chose a song complex enough for me, since I had to learn a song in English.
A language in which I don't speak much, practically nothing, but motivated by the good Anglo-Saxon music that is produced internationally, I tried to do my best. For my part I confess that I have always liked to listen to all Anglo-Saxon music genre, both the classics that became anthems forever, as well as the new more modern proposals brought by the artists of our generation. The cover that I bring you on this occasion took me a long time to complete, it is one of the songs I like most of the band Linkin Park.
American group that was founded in 1996, and the same at the time took the Rock we already knew to another level, presenting it more electronic. This being one of its hallmarks in the genre, combining several as Nu metal, alternative rock, rap metal, alternative metal, heavy metal, pop. The song I bring you is titled One More Light, I must say that it was masterfully interpreted by the singer of the band, Chester Bennington, physically disappeared in a tragic and painful loss for the music world.
Singer of a powerful voice, which will be unmatched and irreplaceable for his fans, who remember him and I think they will forever after his musical legacy. He left a whole generation of fans in love with all his performances. One More Light belongs to the band's seventh studio album. It is a song that talks about the importance of life, precisely it was written with the intention of bringing love to all the people who have lost someone important. Chester Bennington dedicated this song, at the time, to a great friend who also physically disappeared.
I hope you'll excuse my fearless way of sharing this cover song in English, which I did tactfully and without giving it so much thought, otherwise I wouldn't do it. But what if I don't even try? I think music has been a driver lately for me to accept once and for all that I need to incorporate the language. To remove the barrier that separates me from enjoying, in its original way, so many songs that take up space in my playlists and that I listen to on a daily basis. Great effort on your Linkin Park cover, Eduardo! One minor suggestion for improvement: the audio and video syncing seemed slightly off, with the sound preceding your lip movements.
Fine-tuning this aspect will enhance the overall visual experience. Consider recording live performances in the future - it will add an authentic, lifelike energy to your videos! Keep sharing your talent!
