On March 20, 2001 - two months after ECW's last show (January 13, 2001) - Concrete Marketing, Slab Records and V2 Records released "ECW Anarchy Rocks". This was ECW's second music album, with the first being "ECW: Extreme Music".

Originally, ECW's main website had posted that the title for the album was to be called "Anarchy Rulz: Extreme Music Volume II". This image was taken from the Wayback/Archive snapshot of the website at the time:

The CD case's interior, the tray where the CD was placed, featured Francine in a "Concrete" crop-top T-shirt:

The cassette tape version of this album also featured (on the back) a photo of Francine & Elektra together:

This review, posted roughly two weeks after the album's release, goes into more detail about the album:

The final TV taping for ECW Hardcore TV shows (episodes #399 to #401) took place at the Elks Lodge in Queens, NY on December 15, 2000. Four more ECW shows happened after that, including the what became the final ECW Arena show on December 23, 2000. That show had Joey Styles & Joel Gertner in the ring stating that the show was being taped for Hardcore TV; but no episode ever was released featuring content from that show, the January 7 2001 final PPV in New York City, nor the final two shows that following weekend (Jan 12, 2001 and Jan 13, 2001 - the last show in Pine Bluff Arkansas).

It is unknown if this second ECW music album was to be featured in any such episode #402 (or any scheduled afterward); and, if it was to be featured in January 2001 on any TV show then the official album name was still unknown at the time.

More images from the CD case, CD booklet, cassette tape booklet and the CD itself can be found here: https://ecwwrestling.com/ecw-anarchy-rocks-extreme-music-volume-2

This music video, on the "Concrete Marketing" official YouTube channel, shows clips from ECW shows as well as ECW wrestlers in the music studio. This likely came out around the time of the album's release, so the in-studio clips of ECW talent very well may be the last official video content to be released publicly during the original ECW era:

Please note that the March 20, 2001 album release was a couple of weeks prior to ECW filing for bankruptcy.
