Afritunes week 37| Free Falling(Remixed Cover) by Lazy Nigerian Youth
Hello Afritunes, THis week I started recording clueless again. I was not sure what I would sing and that’s a serious problem. Whenever I get hit with cluelessness the next thing I think of is giving up on the week. But this has been maybe a month of posing and posting means keeping up with my musical talent and keeping up with it is one step close to fighting off depression and fatigue.
This week I did a remix of a song by musical legend John Mayer who isn’t African but I have been having this remix of his song for the longest time and I wanted the Afritunes family to see it.
This is the first time I am releasing this cover to any music community. This song is one of the best break-up songs I have ever listened to and it was a shock to find out that the first version of the song was not by John Mayer too. He did a remix. So My version is a remix of a remix.
