Week 38 Wrap-Up: Vocal Brilliance, Originality, and Stage Presence Take Center Stage

It's the ending of Week 38, and we've seen lots and lots of entries. I enjoyed the thrill, and guess what? The party is just getting started as we await the end products—or results, as you may call it.
A couple of entries gave me the chills, and I'd love for us to share in it.

Damn! She came with the sauce. Her voice and the song sort of reminded me of the American singer Ella Mai. That's a world-class potential right there, coupled with the fact that it's an original by the artist. You would think it was the cover of a famous song if she hadn't revealed it to us. This is beautiful in every way—the rhymes, the vocals, and the love storyline. Just amazing.

Ella came yet again with a mind-blowing cover of Rescue by Lauren. It's a popular Christian song, and it makes the whole entry even better because we can fully relate. And guess what? She didn’t give us a duplicate of the original; rather, she created a different version that brought a sense of newness to the cover. She gave me a fresh experience, and that’s creative.

Let’s give this woman her flowers—for the style, artistry, vocal expression, body language, stage presence, good video background, and professionalism. Oh, before I forget—a great voice also. She nailed it for me and is definitely getting the top spot. Just beautiful. Definitely my best entry for the week.

Well, I also commend Verbal-D for the performance for Week 38. Those words were soul-enhancing. He makes good music, and it’s an amazing thing listening to him over and over.
