Rocola Shanistica | Dime Shana's Juke Box #7 [ESP | ENG]
¡Gente bonita! Espero estén muy bien, llegó el viernes toca Rocola Shanistica por su puesto. Esta semana de verdad me costó un poco elegir las canciones más que todo porque siempre pienso en demasiada música a la vez, pero también porque cuando me obsesiono por un artista o grupo, a veces me lleva un tiempo salir de allí, y últimamente lo que he escuchado ya se los he mostrado. Indagando en mis listas de reproducciones lo logré y también mi reto de la semana, espero les guste y los leo en comentarios.
Beautiful people! I hope you are doing great, Friday is here Dime Shana's Juke Box of course. This week I really had a hard time choosing songs mostly because I always think of too much music at once, but also because when I get obsessed with an artist or group, sometimes it takes me a while to get out of there, and lately what I've heard I've already shown you. Digging through my playlists I made it and also my challenge of the week, I hope you like it and I'll read you in comments.
ADVERTENCIA, este post no tendrá un género específico, hay días que tal vez si sean del mismo género o hasta mismo cantante/grupo, pero no aseguro nada, están advertidos porque de verdad esto será una Rocola, pueden esperar diferentes cosas en muchos sentidos. Ya advertidos, espero disfruten este post que haré con mucho cariño y mucha valentía porque destaparé cosas muy personales para siempre sentirme mejor y venderles las increíbles canciones que han llegado a mi vida.

Rawayana - Dame Un Break
Yo llevaba demasiado tiempo sin escuchar Rawayana, pues yo los conocí con la increíble canción y colaboración con más artistas llamada “Sin ti”, y luego conocí otras canciones increíbles pero que habían quedado en 2020, hasta que llegó esta canción y todo el álbum nuevo que sacaron en 2023 y me volví muy fanática una vez más. Que canción tan impresionante en todo nivel, en lo pegajosa y sabrosa que se siente para bailar, como la letra que en ese momento era justamente lo que necesitaba escuchar.
Justamente sacaron esta canción y se volvió una canción que la colocan en cada local, autobús y corneta posible por lo buena que es la canción. Menciono que la letra era lo justo que necesitaba escuchar en ese momento porque estaba pasando por un momento donde sentía mucho rencor y necesitaba deshacerme de esa sensación, y esa letra junto con la canción lo hicieron todo, pues me ayudaron mucho a reírme de la situación que viví, de lo que me hicieron y como resultó todo, simplemente continuar con mi vida y pensar y reaccionar con cabeza más fría que justamente Rawayana es una banda que siempre mantiene ese mensaje: Relájate, vive y disfruta.
english version (click here)I hadn't listened to Rawayana for too long, as I met them with the incredible song and collaboration with more artists called "Sin ti", and then I met other incredible songs but that had been left in 2020, until this song and the whole new album they released in 2023 came along and I became a big fan once again. What an awesome song on every level, in how catchy and tasty it feels to dance to, as well as the lyrics that at the time were just what I needed to hear.
They just released this song and it became a song that is played in every venue, bus and bugle possible because of how good the song is. I mention that the lyrics were just what I needed to hear at that moment because I was going through a moment where I felt a lot of resentment and I needed to get rid of that feeling, and those lyrics along with the song did it all, because they helped me laugh a lot about the situation I lived, what they did to me and how everything turned out, just continue with my life and think and react with a cooler head that Rawayana is a band that always keeps that message: Relax, live and enjoy.
DNCE - Cake By The Ocean
Recuerdo claramente como extrañaba a los Jonas Brothers en todo sentido, porque tenían canciones muy energéticas, ya llevaba un tiempo siendo fan de las canciones en solista de Nick Jonas pero igual extrañaba algo más de festejo y menos poético, y llegó este grupo que formó Joe Jonas que de verdad siento que intentaron algo bastante fuera de lo típico, les funcionó pero no duró mucho, pero tanto el internet como mis oídos no olvidan así que esta canción siempre se quedará conmigo y es una canción demasiado exquisita, un ritmo pop perfecto para disfrutar en cualquier momento.
La letra fue también algo que me impresionó, porque venía de ver a un Joe Jonas de Disney Channel, es decir que no podían hablar en sus canciones de cosas muy adultas, sino solamente amor adolescente e inocente, Nick se dedicó más a canciones románticas o hasta con un todo más melancólico, entonces escuchar Cake by the ocean me impresionó en todo sentido, pues los mensajes subliminales y también los más directos fueron un ingrediente muy bueno para hacer que esta canción no salga de tu cabeza. Recuerdo que en mi 2016 o 2017 fue cuando descubrí esta canción, mi época en la universidad donde experimenté demasiadas cosas, entonces esta canción de verdad es perfecta para narrar mis historias allí.

The lyrics were also something that impressed me, because I came from seeing a Disney Channel Joe Jonas, that is to say that they could not talk in their songs about very adult things, but only teenage and innocent love, Nick was more dedicated to romantic songs or even with a more melancholic everything, then listening to Cake by the ocean impressed me in every way, because the subliminal messages and also the more direct ones were a very good ingredient to make this song not leave your head. I remember in my 2016 or 2017 was when I discovered this song, my time in college where I experienced too many things, then this song really is perfect to narrate my stories there.
Esteman - DE OTRO PLANETA
Como amo recordar de vez en cuando esta canción y más porque de verdad que la evolución de Esteman ha sido asombroso y me ha encantado, con canciones que no me conquistas, pero otras que de verdad son géneros que jamás pensé escucharlo, y escuchar “de otro planeta” otra vez me hizo recordar que fue lo que me conquistó de Esteman, y es su vibra de que puede hacer lo que quiera, pues en el video hasta baila libre y sin coreografía, fluyendo con la canción haciéndome sentir que él no le importaba lo convencional, quería ser él.
Recuerdo claramente como conocí esta canción, compartí una imagen en mi Facebook por allí en 2015 donde digo “Recomiéndame una canción y yo te diré que tal”, me recomendaron muchas canciones que me gustan actualmente y viene @dimeilaz y me recomendó esta, haciéndome conocer a esta joya de artista y volviéndome su fan desde esos años. Siempre estaré feliz de decir que actualmente Esteman está mucho más suelto y libre con su música, porque antes ni había admitido su sexualidad y ahora lo hace mucho más y sin ser demasiado extremista, algo que suele pasar y pasó en otros artistas, necesito más música y coreografías de este hombre.

Reto de hoy | Today's challenge
CHARLIE PUTH - THAT'S NOT HOW THIS WORKS (FEAT. DAN + SHAY)
Soy muy fan de muchas canciones de Chalie Puth, y más porque su voz es complemente angelical, pero también más que todo porque las mezclas o beats de fondo que él mismo crea, siempre tienen algo que me atrapan y me hacen escuchar la canción por lo menos 3 veces y ver si de verdad me gusta, y en este caso pasó con esta, cuando pensé que no me iba a gustar demasiado por ser una canción sobre el amor cualquiera. Siendo sincera, solo le di clic al video para verlo porque Sabrina Carpenter aparece en la portada y en el video y eso me hizo llevarme la sorpresa.
No conozco a los artistas que colaboran con él en esta canción y menos porque ni aparecen en el video, pero le agregaron armonías muy buenas, pues para mí siempre Charlie escoge gente para acompañarlo en las canciones que tengan su mismo “flow” a la hora de cantar, casi que si la misma tonalidad, porque siempre recordaré la canción que tiene con el integrante de BTS (recomiendo muchísimo esa canción ya se las mostraré) Jungkook donde yo noto que ES MUY DIFICIL RECONOCER QUIEN CANTA EN CADA MOMENTO, pues sus voces son casi iguales.

To be honest, I only clicked on the video to watch it because Sabrina Carpenter appears on the cover and in the video and that made me get the surprise.
I don't know the artists that collaborate with him in this song and even less because they don't even appear in the video, but they added very good harmonies, because for me Charlie always chooses people to accompany him in the songs that have the same "flow" when singing, almost the same tonality, because I will always remember the song that he has with the member of BTS (I highly recommend that song and I will show you) Jungkook where I notice that it is very difficult to recognize who sings at every moment, because their voices are almost the same.

Chica que espectáculo esta lista. Me encantó tu sección y selecciones, así me mantengo al día con la movida. Tengo a mi coma que le gusta Rawayana y yo sucumbí a sus canciones, me gusta esa. Los demás no los había escuchado, pero estan súper chéveres. Gracias por compartirlas.
