¡3 canciones para empezar la semana con energía! | Panic At The Disco | [ESP | ENG]
Welcome back to my blog, guys! Today, as I'm back to my regular content creation activities, I've decided to resume my song reviews to start a new week with energy; this time the theme is a band that I like very much since a long time ago, which is known by the name of "Panic At The Disco".
I must say that beyond the fact that their music is very good, their well known lead singer (Brendon Urie) is one of the singers with the best vocal technique I have ever heard in my life, he has been one of my great examples to follow when it comes to singing technique.
So, without more to add, I bring you my favorite songs from this group.

El día de hoy, al retomar de nuevo mis actividades regulares de creación de contenido, he decidido retomar mis reseñas de canciones para empezar una nueva semana con energía; en esta ocasión la temática es una agrupación que me gusta muchísimo desde hace mucho tiempo, la cuál se le conoce con el nombre de "Panic At The Disco".
Debo decir que más allá de que su música es muy buena, su cantante líder conocido (Brendon Urie) es uno de los cantantes con mejor técnica vocal que he podido escuchar en mi vida, ha sido uno de mis grandes ejemplos a seguir cuando se trata de la técnica de canto.
Así que, sin más que agregar, les traigo mis canciones favoritas de esta agrupación.
1.- Death Of A Bachelor
I start this review with a song that exemplifies too well why I love this band so much, this song is as if they had brought a Sinatra song to the future, with pop elements, synthetics and so on, if you pay attention to the way the song is composed you will understand it quite well, but beyond that, we can see the quality of Brendon Urie's singing technique in all its splendor, how he uses all his register to bring us a very catchy chorus.
The funny thing is also that this song seems like part of a musical, rather than a song per se as a single, I feel that Brendon Urie had musical theater training and he lets it show in every performance he does.
Comienzo esta reseña con una canción que ejemplifica demasiado bien el porqué me encanta tanto esta banda, esta canción es como si hubieran traído una canción de Sinatra al futuro, con elementos pop, sintéticos y demás, si se ponen a prestarle atención a la forma en la que está compuesta canción lo entenderán bastante bien, pero más allá de eso, podemos ver la calidad en técnica de canto de Brendon Urie en todo su esplendor, el cómo utiliza todo su registro para traernos un estribillo demasiado pegajoso.
Lo curioso también es que esta canción parece como parte de un musical, más que una canción per se tipo single, es que siento que Brendon Urie tuvo entrenamiento de teatro musical y lo deja entrever en cada performance que realiza.
2.- Into The Unkwnown (Frozen 2 Cover)
When Frozen 2 came out, a song known as Into The Unknown (Mucho Más Allá in the Latin version) became so popular and artists like David Bisbal dared to perform versions of that song showing its full potential, but when I heard this version, I knew it was going to be as epic as I imagined because, once again I must say, Brendon's vocal technique is evident here and in fact, I feel this is my ultimate goal, to one day sing this song with the full technique and not feel any pressure in my throat and I know I will achieve it.
Cuando salió Frozen 2, se popularizó tanto una canción conocida como Into The Unknown (Mucho Más Allá en la versión Latina) y artistas como David Bisbal se atrevieron a realizar versiones de esa canción mostrando todo su potencial, pero cuando escuché esta versión, sabía que iba a ser tan épica como lo imaginé porque, una vez más lo debo decir, la ténica vocal de Brendon queda evidenciada aquí y de hecho, siento que este es mi objetivo final, el poder cantar esta canción algún día con la técnica completa y no sentir presión alguna en la garganta y sé que lo lograré.
3.- Girls/Girls/Boys
This is my favorite song of all the songs I've heard from Panic At The Disco, but it's because it has a particular sound that I like too much, its musical style captivates me, and the lyrics are too crazy, it's a story of a guy who likes a girl who is bisexual but doesn't want it to be known about his tastes about women, but it also talks about how it's really very natural for women to like women and men equally.
The chorus of this song is too catchy, I could repeat this song a thousand times a day and I wouldn't get tired about it.
Esta es mi canción favorita de todas las que he escuchado de Panic At The Disco, pero es porque tiene una particularidad sonora que me gusta demasiado, su estilo musical me cautiva, y la letra es demasiado loca, es una historia de un chico que le gusta una chica que es bisexual pero que no quiere que se sepa sobre sus gustos sobre las mujeres, pero también habla de que es muy natural realmente que a las mujeres les gusten las mujeres y los hombres por igual.
El estribillo de esta canción es demasiado pegajoso, podría repetir esta canción miles de veces al día y no me cansaría al respecto.
Bonus Track.- High Hopes
As a bonus track, I bring you a song that fills me with too much energy, because it talks about that, about having high hopes when we are in search of some goal, because we must always live having our goals clear and not lose them on the way, no matter if you have no money, but as long as you have the fire inside you, you have to pursue your passion with hope and with a lot of hunger.
Como bonus track, les traigo una canción que me llena de energía demasiado, porque jústamente habla sobre eso, sobre tener esperanzas altas cuando estamos en búsqueda de algún objetivo, porque hay que vivir siempre teniendo nuestras metas claras y no perderlas en el camino, sin importar si no tienes dinero, pero mientras tengas el fuego dentro de ti, tienes que perseguir tu pasión con esperanza y con mucha hambre.
Palabras Finales | Final Words
It is interesting the fact that a band like this, that started out as a pop rock band, with some Emo elements, ended up being a pop band with indie elements and a fusion of a lot of genres they have ventured into, ended up having such a marked identity that, in a completely frank and honest way, can't be found anywhere else and I'm not just saying that because of their singer, but I mention it because of their "everything".

Es interesante el hecho de que una banda como esta, que empezó siendo una banda de pop rock, con algunos elementos Emo, terminó siendo una banda de pop con elementos indie y una fusión de un montón de géneros en los que han incursionado, terminara teniendo una identidad tan marcada que, de forma completamente franca y honesta, no se puede encontrar en otro lado y no solo lo digo por su cantante, sino lo menciono por su "todo".

No he escuchado mucho de Panic! At The Disco, hay solo una canción que escuché bastante ya que le gustaba a una ex, es la única que recuerdo. La busco:
Esa es. En aquél momento no prestaba demasiada atención a la técnica del primo, pero tiene una voz increíble. Curiosamente siento que tiene un tono parecido al tuyo, pero como que con más graves, igual me estoy volviendo loco. Espero que en el futuro puedas alcanzar ese nivel, me gustaría verte aún más activo en la música. Me gustó mucho tu primera recomendación, de todas fue la que realmente me gustó y siento que podría escucharla incluso jugando lolsito, aunque también haciendo el delicioso 😂 No sé, siento que el estribillo tiene una buena combinación de todo. ¡A comenzar la semana con energía!
