Ensemble "Flying Georgians"

"This is my entry for the #monomad challenge"

Since 1971, the Ilinden Days Festival ("The National Festival for folk songs and dances") has been held in Bitola. As written on the festival website:

"The main mission of the festival is to protect, promote and preserve the tangible and intangible cultural heritage that is presented through the traditional music, dances, songs, customs, rituals, costumes, instruments, handicrafts, and others."

This year, apart from regular guests from the Balkans, we had the opportunity to see fantastic groups from Italy - Sicily, Chile, my favourite Mexico (They have been coming for several years in a row), Ireland, Georgia and many others.

Tonight I was delighted with the dance of the Ensemble "Flying Georgians" -Tbilisi, Georgia.
