My first Calypso group in the East of the country
Hola amigos espero que estén pasando una navidad increíble.
Les cuento algo muy random, ayer fui a mi primera comparsa de Calypso este es un género musical muy cultural de una parte del Oriente del país, que se escucha en época de carnaval pero lo más loco de todo es que aquí la gente ya se está preparando para el carnaval que es en febrero, y lo que me han contado es que aquí después de dar el feliz año nuevo, tocan Calypso completo celebrando que ya empieza el carnaval, que locura.
Para mi es un poco extraño porque culturalmente no lo había vivido ya que solo en esta región del país pasa esto, ayer en esta comparsa la gente de diferentes edades bailan con mucho ritmo y alegre es algo que me dejó sorprendida y por supuesto terminé agarrando el pasito del baile para ir al ritmo también jejejejejeje.
