hello and welcome to Hive Music Festival week 147 Round 3! My name is @deky01 and in this week’s concert, I will be presenting a song by Lemuel Yakubu tiled “Bukatana”.

Lemuel Yakubu is a Gospel artist, song writer and minister of the Gospel, ministering through music and touching lives. Born in Donga, Taraba state of Nigeria.

The song “Bukatana” is a song in the Hausa Language which simply translates to “my needs”. The lyrics talks about how the writer has been to places of other spiritual power in search of help, from the south, west, east and North but found no solution to His challenge but with Jesus his needs were met and for that reason he shall remain with God for God has met his needs and He alone can meet his needs.

God’s love for us is so abundant to us always providing our needs and making sure that we are satisfied. As His children, He has made us His priority, prioritizing our needs any time we ask of Him. In His word, God said come to me and I will give you rest, He also said in His word that ask anything in my name and I will give you, seek and ye shall find, know and the door shall be open to you through supplications and thanks giving.
