We're on week #305 and this week's theme is "FOCUS," so the first thing that came to mind was the song from the Rocky Balboa movie called "EYES THE TIGER," a song that personally motivates me a lot. I'm sure many of you know it, and it sounds great on the recorder.

Para mí, el tema "FOCOS" representa la concentración absoluta y la visión de túnel necesaria para alcanzar una meta difícil. Al igual que en "Eye of the Tiger", el foco es esa luz intensa que ilumina nuestro objetivo y no permite que nos distraigamos con las sombras del camino. Significa tener una claridad mental total, como un reflector que apunta directo al éxito en medio de la oscuridad del entrenamiento. Es la chispa interna que se enciende cuando decidimos pelear por lo que queremos, recordándonos que somos el centro de nuestra propia batalla. For me, the song "FOCOS" represents the absolute concentration and tunnel vision necessary to achieve a difficult goal. Like in "Eye of the Tiger," the focus is that intense light that illuminates our objective and prevents us from being distracted by the shadows along the way. It means having total mental clarity, like a spotlight shining directly on success amidst the darkness of training. It's the inner spark that ignites when we decide to fight for what we want, reminding us that we are the center of our own battle. In this context, the "focus" is the hunger for victory that shines in the eyes of someone who refuses to give up.
