It's my pleasure, my friend. Here's one more option to reduce the delay: you should record all the other tracks and export them as WAV files, then open a new project and add the tracks again. This way, your CPU won't have to load all the effects and plugins for the other tracks, and you'll only need to add effects to one track (the recording track).
or even export your current project as one full track as wav, and record your guitar lines and then get back to the first project and add those new lines.
Another option with the Focusrite is to use the monitoring switch on your soundcard. This sends the audio directly to your headphones first, and then to the computer, eliminating any delay. In this case, you can also tell if the delay is coming from your device or if it's happening after processing through your PC.
