Every place is good for recording as long as you like what you do! Everyone seems comfortable there

tech improved a lot and it is more affordable. Some things are technically a bit harder, drums probably the hardest. And not sure how would the neighbors react on recording a full drum set :D
Lol, I guess depends on the age of neighbors and at which time you would do that 🤣
