MUSE: "Unravelling" New Single || Nuevo Single

(Edited)

De Will of The people.

Since their last album, Will off The People, this band has been flirting with metal. Right now, in the middle of 2025, they just released a new song, a couple of years after their last album, and they kind of liked metal because this song has a breakdown and seven-string guitars playing super-aggressive riffs. The song itself didn't surprise me too much. It seems to me that they're continuing with the creative line of Will of The People without

experimenting too much. I think this style of metal was a novelty when it was introduced on the last album, and it was interesting given that they hadn't done it before. But here I don't feel too surprised. It seems to me that it's a song that plays it safe; it's something they're comfortable with, and they're not taking too many risks. The synthesizers behind the vocals in the chorus are something we already saw in Will of The People, and in the solo of the song, they're playing arpeggios that follow the chords of the chorus. This is something we've already seen in Hysteria and in several songs in their discography. It's like they've taken all the elements of MUSE that we've loved so far and put them in a blender. Maybe that's why I think you've heard this song before.

As for the song's lyrics, I think it's about someone's awakening. The awakening of a consciousness. Maybe someone is realizing the system they're part of. Knowing

MUSE, the themes are usually political, so maybe they're describing someone realizing how there's a system that holds them captive. There's no god or throne, as described in the chorus of the song. I like the anarchic MUSE. Of the People's Will. So, right off the bat, I'm interested in the theme of this new album. Let's see what narrative the next single surprises us with.

I've been a lifelong MUSE fan and I'd like to hear a new album. I just hope the next singles bring surprises and that they've experimented with things that sound new and contribute to the band. I know I'm going to be on the lookout for this album, so if you like this band, stay here. And if this channel wins, I'll keep sharing the latest news about this band.

Muse is a great band. What makes Muse incredible is their stage presence. They're amazing. I love their theatricality and energy. Matt Bellamy has an otherworldly falsetto. Their shows are exceptional.

Just listened to this new song yesterday on the radio. I quite like it but there's something on Muse's songs that can't catch me since they did Uprising, don't know why.
It's hard for me to find the will to dive into their discography, not really interested. But I have some songs I really like to listen. Probably my favourite of all is Sing for absolution
