El día de hoy tuvimos un compromiso en un pueblo muy bonito, motivo de una graduación, es importante para estos jóvenes que el acto protocolar quede impecable, porque ellos comienzan a ver la vida, como se les presenta a partir de ahora. Y para la coral polifónica de Sucre, fue una bella experiencia, ya que ellos han retomado sus ensayos en este año 2023, y queremos que esta coral vuelva a ser, aquella de la que todo el mundo hablaba, por su calidad vocal. Ahora están bajo mi dirección, y es un nuevo reto que he asumido con mucha responsabilidad.

Today we had a commitment in a very nice town, on the occasion of a graduation, it is important for these young people that the protocol act is impeccable, because they begin to see life, as it is presented to them from now on. And for the polyphonic choir of Sucre, it was a beautiful experience, since they have resumed their rehearsals in this year 2023, and we want this choir to be again, the one that everyone talked about, for its vocal quality. Now they are under my direction, and it is a new challenge that I have assumed with great responsibility.

La graduación estuvo enmarcada en el Bicentenario de la Batalla Naval del lago de Maracaibo, todos conocen que esta batalla fue muy importante para lograr la Independencia de Venezuela. Con la derrota de los Españoles hubo una gran caída en la economía española, y por eso fue un duro golpe para España.

The graduation was framed in the Bicentennial of the Naval Battle of Lake Maracaibo, everyone knows that this battle was very important to achieve the Independence of Venezuela. With the defeat of the Spaniards there was a great fall in the Spanish economy, and therefore it was a hard blow for Spain.

Me gustaron las palabras de la madrina de la graduación, porque fue muy motivadora. Ella comentó algo acerca de un mensaje que alguien había colgado en las redes, acerca del futuro de estos bachilleres, el cual podía ser el trabajar en un automercado de los chinos. Y ella afirmó que recordaran que todo trabajo es digno, y que no se debe menosprecias ningún trabajo, ya que las personas de esos empleos merecen respeto, pero les motivo a seguir adelante, sin mirar hacía los lados, que la meta de ellos se encontraba en el infinito.

I liked the words of the godmother of the graduation, because she was very motivating. She commented something about a message that someone had posted on the networks, about the future of these high school graduates, which could be to work in a Chinese supermarket. And she said that they should remember that all work is worthy, and that no job should be looked down upon, because the people in those jobs deserve respect, but she encouraged them to keep going, without looking sideways, because their goal was in the infinite.

La coral interpretó el himno Nacional, seguido del himno del graduando, al terminar la entrega de títulos, luego al final de las palabras de los profesores más importantes, el padrino, y los alumnos con mayor promedio, cerramos la ceremonia, con el himno del estado Sucre, seguido de la marcha de la creación, y el tema Naranjitay, un arreglo Coral boliviano muy alegre.

The choir performed the National Anthem, followed by the graduating student's anthem, at the end of the awarding of degrees, then at the end of the words of the most important teachers, the godfather, and the students with the highest average, we closed the ceremony with the anthem of the state of Sucre, followed by the march of creation, and the theme Naranjitay, a very cheerful Bolivian choral arrangement.

Luego fuimos invitados a almorzar, un arroz chino que estaba muy sabroso. Compartimos entre canciones con el cuatro y la guitarra, y de las próximas presentaciones que están próximas a venir el siguiente mes. Es que la Polifónica Sucre desde que empezó el año, ha venido montando un repertorio que es muy difícil, y por haber estado tanto tiempo sin cantar, sus integrantes, están recuperando su nivel vocal poco a poco, y en aproximadamente 20 días, estaremos mostrando por este espacio ese concierto, espero poder grabar algo, para que os usuarios de #hive, conocedores del trabajo vocal, me den su opinión.

Then we were invited to lunch, a Chinese rice that was very tasty. We shared between songs with the cuatro and the guitar, and of the upcoming presentations that are coming up next month.
