Baroque Gala at the Cathedral of San Jacinto - Maracay 🎄✨🎼

¡Saludos a toda la comunidad en Hive! Hoy quiero contarles acerca de la Gala Barroca en la cual participé como flautista dulce alto, esta gala fue organizada principalmente por la OFA (orquesta de flautas de Aragua) pero también hubo ensambles y escuelas invitadas que en este caso fue la escuela MUSIMOV, el taller creativo, el Le Fénix Consorts y las flautas dulces de Aragua. Fue un grato momento en la catedral de nuestra señora de asunción en San Jacinto, espero les gusten las fotos.

Greetings to the entire community at Hive! Today I want to tell you about the Baroque Gala in which I participated as an alto recorder player. This gala was organized mainly by the OFA (Aragua flute orchestra) but there were also guest ensembles and schools, which in this case was the MUSIMOV school, the workshop creative, the Le Fénix Consorts and the Aragua recorders. It was a pleasant moment in the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Assumption in San Jacinto, I hope you like the photos.

Bueno en primera instancia fue gracioso porque mi esposa @stefy.music y yo llegamos a la catedral y no encontramos a los demás y andábamos preocupados de que ya habían empezado pero no, otros compañeros también iban llegando. Nos sentamos un rato y nos acomodamos hasta que una de las muchachas nos dijo que estaban ensayando por otro lado de la catedral.

Well, at first it was funny because my wife @stefy.music and I arrived at the cathedral and we didn't find the others and we were worried that they had already started but no, other colleagues were also arriving. We sat for a while and got comfortable until one of the girls told us that they were rehearsing on the other side of the cathedral.

Fueron momentos de risa con @uri07 y bueno ya saben la otra chica que ven ahí que no se cómo escribir su nombre jeje. Cómo Consorts hemos sabido convivir entre nosotros.

They were moments of laughter with @uri07 and well, you know the other girl you see there who I don't know how to write her name hehe. How Consorts have known how to coexist with each other.

En este concierto se vivieron muchas experiencias musicales y no solo eso sino que fue como el concierto de graduación de Isamar por cursar sus clases de flauta traversa en el Taller Creativo. La música barroca sonó espectacular.

In this concert many musical experiences were lived and not only that but it was like Isamar's graduation concert for taking his flute classes at the Creative Workshop. The baroque music sounded spectacular.

Las flautas dulces de Aragua llegamos repertorio del barroco con lo que fue Los tríos 1 y 2 de Lully y una pequeña danza aldeana.

The Aragua recorders brought us into the baroque repertoire with what was Lully's trios 1 and 2 and a small village dance.

El Consorts de flautas fue más que todo apoyo aunque también interpretamos piezas de Haendel que para Aser sincero no son muy fáciles que digamos pero si suenan geniales y les digo que vale la pena estudiarlas.

The Flute Consorts were more than all support although we also performed pieces by Handel which for Aser sincere are not very easy to say the least but they do sound great and I tell you that they are worth studying.

Los músicos siempre buscamos la excelencia ante todo, la humildad siempre debe ir presente en nosotros, no todos los músicos lo entienden pero es un principio fundamental. Siempre nos esforzamos por lograr un resultado increíble y limpio por eso es muy importante apoyar a los músicos en su labor como estudiantes y ejecutantes de un instrumento.

As musicians we always seek excellence above all, humility must always be present in us, not all musicians understand it but it is a fundamental principle. We always strive to achieve an incredible and clean result, which is why it is very important to support musicians in their work as students and players of an instrument.
