Una de mis pasiones/One of my passions

Desde mi punto de vista creo que la música es algo que todo ser humano disfruta y aprecia como manifestación artística y me atrevería a decir que para los cubanos es aún más fuerte el apego hacia ella.
Comienzo así mi post porque hoy quiero hablarte sobre una de mis pasiones que es la música y como ha sido mi inmersión en ese mundo tan bonito.
From my point of view I believe that music is something that every human being enjoys and appreciates as an artistic manifestation and I would dare to say that for Cubans the attachment to it is even stronger.
I begin my post because today I want to talk to you about one of my passions which is music and how has been my immersion in this beautiful world.

Como toda afición, ésta comenzo desde muy pequeño,cuando era niño en mi casa siempre ponían mucha música cubana ,y era muy habitual de que me pusiera a cantar y a bailar frente a las bocinas junto con mis padres.
Teníamos un karaoke en casa que casi todas las tarses utilizabamos para competir entre todos los miembros de la familia , y a pesar de que era bien pequeño siempre estaba de primero para poder cantar las caciones que me sabía de oido porque aun ni siquiera sabía leer y aún así siempre sacaba muy buenas puntuación incluso quedando de primero en las competencias.
Los años pasaron y la atracción por la música seguía presente aunque sin nunca pensar que pudiera llegar a desarrollar alguna habilidad referente a ella.
Hasta que un día cualquiera pasé frente a una casa donde vi un monton de muchachos con instrumentos tocando lo que para mi fue de lo mejor que había escuchado hasta aquella época, automáticamente me quedé encantado por lo que estaba viendo y escuchando lo que me llevó a decirle a mis padres que yo queria hacer eso mismo.
Like all hobbies, this one started at a very young age, when I was a child in my house they always played a lot of Cuban music, and it was very common for me to sing and dance in front of the speakers with my parents.
We had a karaoke at home that almost every Tuesday we used to compete among all members of the family, and although I was very small I was always first to sing the songs that I knew by ear because I did not even know how to read and still always got very good scores even being first in the competitions.
The years went by and the attraction for music was still present although I never thought that I could ever develop any skill related to it.
Until one day I passed in front of a house where I saw a lot of boys with instruments playing what for me was the best I had heard until that time, I was automatically enchanted by what I was seeing and hearing which led me to tell my parents that I wanted to do the same.

Es así como al día siguiente fuimos a hablar con el instructor que estaba frente a esos muchachos,el profe Valentin Puentes , quien después de hacer unas rápidas pruebas y ver el entusiasmo que tenía decidió que debía empezar a impartirme clases de guitarra.
Y bueno así comienzo ya no solo a disfritar más la música sino tambien a entederla.
Poco a poco fui aprendiendo el instrumento al rincipio fue bastante difícil pese a que parecía que tenía tslento ,fueron muchas horas dedicadas,marcas en los dedos ,frustraciones porque no me salían las lecciones, pero yo no perdía la motivación, y gracias a eso en relativamente poco tiempo el profesor decidió introducirme en su orquesta juvenil de guitarra "Nuevas Liras" debido a que apreció que ya me desenvolvia bien con el insteumento y me gustaba y bueno ahi comienza a lo que yo le llamaria mi pequeña carrera muscial.
That's how the next day we went to talk to the instructor who was in front of those guys, the teacher Valentin Puentes, who after doing some quick tests and seeing the enthusiasm I had decided that he should start giving me guitar lessons.
And so I began not only to enjoy music more but also to understand it.
Little by little I was learning the instrument at the beginning it was quite difficult although it seemed that I had the talent, there were many hours dedicated, marks on the fingers, frustrations because I did not get the lessons, but I did not lose motivation, and thanks to that in a relatively short time the teacher decided to introduce me in his youth guitar orchestra "Nuevas Liras" because he appreciated that I already developed well with the instrument and I liked it and well there begins what I would call my little musical career.

Empezamos a presentaron en distintos lugares, como slgo nuevo para mi al pricnipio siempre tenía nervios de equivocarmeo que saliera mal, pero mientrs más presentaciones haciamos, más le iba perdiendo el miedo al publico y al escenario.
Nos presentabamos en lugares como el Cine-Teatro Juarez de Artemisa, en algunos de los jolgorios de Polo Montañéz en las Terrazas y hasta en algunos lugares de la Habana.
We began to perform in different places, as something new for me at first I was always nervous about making a mistake or that it would go wrong, but the more presentations we made, the more I was losing my fear of the public and the stage.
We performed in places like the Cine-Teatro Juarez in Artemisa, in some of Polo Montañez's jolgorios in Las Terrazas and even in some places in Havana.

Ya unos años después ya no tenía más clases que tomar pero aún así seguían las presentaciones en la orquesta y a las vez empezé a utilizar internet para buscar aún mas información y continuar con el aprendisaje de la música y la guitarra,y hasta el día de hoy continuo intentado aprender todo lo posible.

A few years later I had no more classes to take but I still continued to perform in the orchestra and at the same time I began to use the internet to search for more information and continue learning music and guitar, and to this day I continue to try to learn as much as possible.

Gracias a esto y a la música he podido tener experiencias que sinceramente de pequeño no hubiera imaginado , espero le haya gustado el post y que alfunos compartan ésta pasión por la música.
