Three Games, Three Tracks - Pt. 17

I played in Hivechess Season 1 Round 3 and that was pretty fun! I managed to win two games and got the biggest upset again, pretty awesome! The Chess Community has been chill, and a great time. I really appreciate everything the community does.

Life has been going. I fluctuate between feeling optimistic and feeling just stressed and worried. But I keep it pushing, that's all I can do. The idea of a bright future feels good, and still feels possible, even barely. That glimmer of light is faint, but it's there.

Not much to say in this installment. I have noticed Hive's price show some life. Number go up! Hahahahaha :P

But yes anyway, time for some tunes and some random games from the vault!

Deftones - Be Quiet And Drive
Was feeling in a Deftones mood today. I have very little knowledge on their music at this point in time, but I am aware of their bigger songs. I could see myself diving deeper into their stuff someday. They have a really unique style.

Deftones - Change (In The House of Flies)
Too catchy. Very interesting energy to this track.

Foo Fighters - Everlong
Everlong is one of those songs everyone knows, but until you really go back and play it in full, you remember just how special this song is. Definitely one of my favorites of all time.

My random video of the day is this hilarious video featuring the streamer IShowSpeed and the Geoguessr YouTuber Rainbolt. Chess is hard enough, I can't imagine getting into Geoguessr. If I had more free time maybe. Still, this video is good fun.

When in doubt, play some chess.
