Everyone is rich in internet

It's no longer news that many people, especially the youth of these days, are living fake lives on social media. This is why I'm not moved or impressed by what people post on social media. In fact, I don't have an Instagram account because that's where I think most of these acts are. Each time I'm directed to Instagram, the kinds of photos and videos I see there make me feel like everyone on Instagram is rich because the backgrounds of the photos are always top-notch and the cameras used are usually high-quality, not like my type of camera.

"Everyone is rich on Instagram." This is what Rudeboy said in his song titled "Audio Money."

For a young guy who isn't rich and is soft-hearted, he shouldn't visit Instagram because there will be a high level of 'oppression,' which could lead to depression if care is not taken.

Well, I'm not saying that everyone there is living a fake life, but a majority of them are, and if not for the modern trend of internet fraud, most of those things would not be there either.

Scrolling across Facebook today, I came across a post about a 200-level student, a female, who's living in a well-furnished apartment while her mom sells bread in the village. The post asked, "How do we explain this to someone to believe that the girl is living in such an apartment while her mom is living in a tattered house in the village?" Well, in this situation, as it is in our modern world, two things are involved. Either she actually owns the house, which she didn't buy or acquire with her money, or she's using it for social media just to entice people to see her as a big girl and gain massive followers, because that's what moves the masses to follow. I won't lie; when I saw the post, I totally believed that she owns the house and she's the big girl she claims to be. But, what's that lifestyle all about when you're rich on social media but not rich in the real world??? That's a pure definition of 'audio money'.
No lies, the money can be there, doing all manners of things on the internet, such as massive giveaways, but what about parents or family at home? Are they well-fed or cared for? If the answer is no, then it's purely fake life.

In this song, Rudeboy mentioned categories of people and what they're doing online just to be seen as big boys, girls, men, or women, but in their real lives, they're at zero level.

There's one he mentioned, a man who's always doing giveaways online, but he's a tenant and his landlord is shouting at him for house rent.

This is the life we are living!

It's the stage we are at, and I doubt people are going to change. The worst thing is that these people doing all this know that what they're doing is not good, but they can't leave the lifestyle because that's what they're using to feed and sustain themselves. Especially now that social media is paying, they would live a fake life on social media to gain followers, get massive views on their videos, earn a lot, and in the end, they come out as preachers of "fake it till you make it." Well, I'm not going to judge them further.

Thanks!
