ecency-star released a prompt for this week, asking us to talk about our favourite book, it took a while to pinpoint one, and while my choice is more so a series, I will pick a favourite of the series.

A Song of Ice and Fire
My first introduction to the world of Ice and Fire was from the Tv series Game of Thrones, and at that, I only started watching it just as the third season came out.

Today i made some raw sprouted hummus.

Very tasty livingfood, which as part of a good holistichealing program (in particular and most importantly including an emotional integration process such as The Presence Process), can help prevent/reverse virtually any dis-ease.

A few days ago I took a short trip of just over 30 km to a place called Barra do Maciambu.
A small fishing village located at the mouth of the Maciambu river, where it flows into the calm waters of the south bay, formed between the mainland and the island of Florianópolis.

Hidden in the middle of many beaches sought after by tourism, this small village goes unnoticed by most.

Taking a chance on a song I once knew very much by heart...

Greetings to all Hiver friends, How are you doing? In today's post, I decided to paint another beautiful landscape view of nature with acrylic paint. I called this painting, "Spring Meadow Landscape".

I used four different painting brushes and eight set of colors of acrylic paint. It took me fifty-seven minutes to finish this painting.
