Voice Projection (Stomach vs Throat)
I so much admire the passion behind the singing @wistring1 and the point of elevation to a higher octave. Nice song and a nice rendition.
But just an observation and what I think would be of great help for you, so you can be able to pitch a high octave or note at least to the level of the key which you can sing. I noticed you were singing from the throat. Singing from the throat lasts only for a time, after which the throat begins to go dry. When it goes dry, it affects the texture of air and free flow of air which is responsible for a beautiful sound and audibility and sustenance.
Singing from the stomach aids sustenance because you will at that point be making use of the air stored in your stomach. Another thing is that you try shape your mouth more or less in an oval shape, and also drop your jaws. You know that feeling when you have a hot yam or potatoes in your mouth, you can just bring it out or take it, that's the shape your mouth should take.
3 things to highlight: sing from the stomach, keep your mouth oval, and lastly learn to drop your jaws.
Nice one, bro!👍 the keyboard was awesome especially with the way you were striking the octaves.
