Three Tunes Tuesday: JB's Swag

Justin Bieber released his Swag album last July 11 and I loved it right away. Maybe itās because the whole vibe is R&B and indie pop, or maybe itās just because itās JB. Probably both. Iāve been listening to him since grade school, so hearing that heās making music again really felt like a throwback.
Then last September 5, he surprised us again with Swag II. Iāve had it on repeat ever since. Honestly, Iām still stuck on the first Swag album so I donāt think Iāve fully processed this second one yet. But hey, I already have my early favorites!
Here are my top 3 picks from Swag II:

This one instantly hooked me. The beat is sooo catchy and I canāt stop vibing with it. The lyrics feel like JB telling his haters that no matter how much negativity is out there, heās still moving forward. Kind of like a reminder to keep going no matter what.

What I love about both Swag albums is how personal they are. A lot of the songs are inspired by his marriage with Hailey. And while Iām not the biggest fan of their love story, I have to admit JB knows how to put his feelings into words. This one especially makes me want to fall in love all over again. Itās sweet plus the beat just makes it even better š

Baby girl, you're makin' me, makin' me sing
This song gives Michael Jackson vibes. The way JB sings it, the groove, the rhythm. I might be overthinking, but it really reminded me of MJ and now I canāt un-hear it. What do you think?
