Zoé for this #ttt
Hello, Hivers and music lovers!
Happy Tuesday! and I should say goodbye October!
I don't know if it's the proximity to the end of the year but today I woke up with a little blue mood. And what I'm looking forward to is sitting on a beach like the one in the picture looking at the immense blue of the sea and listening to relaxing music. The sea view is a bit more difficult to have right now, but I always can have the music, right?
During the morning, I have been doing chores at home while listening to a well-known Mexican band called Zoé. And since it's Tuesday it's the perfect day to share some of their music with you and join the #threetunetuesday, initiative started by @ablaze.
Some facts about the band. It was formed in the late 90s. Although to be honest, I started hearing about them in the 2000s. Their vocalist and band leader is called León Larregui. And they named the band after the little sister of the drummer's ex-girlfriend, Sergio Acosta.
But before I get into the tunes, let me give you a little background for those of you who aren't familiar with #threetunetuesday. In the words of @ablaze, who started the initiative.
The jist is as follows
Every Tuesday I'm going to share 3 songs which I like to listen to and I invite your feedback in the comments below. Better still, why not have a blast of your own Three Tune Tuesday and mention me in the post and I'll come and find the post and upvote it. If you could also use #ttt or #threetunetuesday tags that would be great. It'll be a sweet way for us all to discover new music. You'll also be in with a chance of winning the prize - more on that later.
You can find out more at ablaze's post with his recommendations for this last week the #126.
And without further ado, let's go with the tunes.
Tune 1 - Zoé - Azul
I had heard one or another Zoe track since they first appeared in the music arena but really the first track that made me become a fan of theirs was a single released in 2018 called Azul.
Tune 2 - Zoé - Luna
But if Azul made me start listening to them more. Luna is one of their songs that I like the most, especially the version they sing together with Mexican soprano singer Denise Gutierrez. Luna was released in 2008.
Tune 3 - Zoé - Labios Rotos
And to close, I leave you with one of Zoé's best-known songs. Labios Rotos released in 2011.
One last curious fact. In 2003 they released an album called Rocanlovers and since then that is what the band's fans call themselves.
Have you ever listened to Zoé before? Which of the three songs do you like the most? Tell me in the comments.
Thank you very much for reading!

Everything is valid, happy Tuesday, goodbye October, and in a few weeks we will be saying goodbye to the year. This has been a really fast year dear friend @coquicoin
When I have feelings like yours, and I can't live the coast of our river, what I do is watch videos on the website of beaches with relaxation music, in my case, it always goes well, maybe you should try
This week's selection is beautiful, to be honest I had not heard it before.
All three videos are good, but if I had to choose one, I choose Broken Lips
Thank you very much for sharing this musical experience. Have a beautiful night

This is the first time to hear the band, love their songs very much. If I have to choose, I would say the first song I like the most.
The sea has that calming effect, listening to the waves and breathing the salty air, this is what I would love to do more often.🙂
