How I lost weight and improved my organ playing
They say that if you have many problems, you have many problems. But if you have a health problem, you only have one. For years, I focused on everything but my health—spending hours sitting at the organ bench, at my desk, or on the couch. But that all changed when I discovered the importance of staying active. In this video, I’ll share how I transformed my health, lost weight, and, surprisingly, became a better organist by finding balance.
