FESTIVE FANFARE ON ITALIAN HYMN AND CHAPEL MEDITATION - PHIL LEHENBAUER
Festive Fanfare is an exciting setting of "Italian Hymn" (Come, Thou Almighty King). It was composed for the organ dedication at St. Michael's Lutheran Church in Fort Myers, Florida on January 26, 2025 and is dedicated to organist Ben Ball, who performed the premiere of this piece. The piece alternates between 6/8 and 3/4 time, giving it a lively rhythmic pulse, bringing smiles to your audience or congregation.

Chapel Meditation is an original work dedicated to @RienSchalkwijk . The piece allows you to showcase the organ's string sounds and a mellow solo stop. This work is suitable as a somber prelude, offertory, or communion piece.

I recorded these pieces on the Hereford Cathedral sample set (Lavender Audio) using the Hauptwerk VPO software.
