Music does have a way of connecting with your feelings. Tell people all the time if they listen to my playlists they would think I had multiple personalities. Have all kinds of genres of music. For all occasions and moods. Although I have been trying to stop reinforcing negative emotion with more negative, like negative tunes.

Recently I have the feeling that finding music in the same mood as I am does not bring me down, it just contains me, or sustains me. Gives me some kind of support to not drop any deeper.
And yeah, I'm pretty sure most people have those playlists :-D
I think music is a wonderful healer.
