Throw Back Thursday : Saying Goodbye is never easy

Hello everyone welcome back to this week's edition of throwback Thursday. I am coderaikiri and this is my entry for the week so stay tuned.
When I first started this teaching gig, I always told myself it was going to be temporary and so bonding with the kids was absolutely unnecessary but I did not shut them out. The job was extremely difficult at first and the only thing that kept me going was the salary at the end of the tunnel. However as I continued with the job, I found myself falling for everything, getting attached to the kids and Lowkey becoming a part of who I am.
When the semester ended last week and the kids came with their parents to collect their results as they would be moving from the second to the third grade, I felt like crying badly as I was absolutely going to miss them. I had already submitted my resignation letter about a month ago and this was my final term with the school but the kids did not know that, I decided to make a little video with them as a little token for time well spent. Saying goodbye is never easy and finally I am starting to understand how parents feel when their children are old enough to leave the house.
