Three Tune Tuesday

Music is one of my favorite things to relax to, as many people can also probably have similar experiences. My musical tastes are incredibly diverse, I think. I can enjoy some really heavy gangster rap (not the radio trash), some metal, country, classical and so many others in between.

One of the coolest things about music is that all of the different kinds have their unique qualities to them and reasons that we listen to them. Some are more chill, others are upbeat and getting you motivated.

There is a post series Three Tune Tuesday by a bunch of people but it's all organized by @ablaze, one of the coolest dudes from Ireland around!

This Week's Choice: Alternative Rock

I think that I will try to confine the post to be 2 or 3 songs of the particular topic to keep it shorter and so that people can listen to one or all of the songs without taking too much time!

I wanted to continue with some alt / indie rock this week! Sadly Rumble doesn't have that much music on it.. so I'm back to trying out YewTube, the version of YT that doesn't have all kinds of nasty trackers and stuff! Hopefully the links work for folks..

Way more important to me though, is sharing a song with me! It doesn't have to be anything related at all to what my choices are but I would love for you to share a song or two with me!

One major reason why I always respect your music choice is the fact that I am not familiar with them and I always want to listen to new songs

Some pretty songs here, even if I don't really like this alternative that sounds too pop for me.

They are Talk to Her, an Italian band. Watch out, they have a darker sound, more darkwave than alternative rock. Though alternative is a very broad way to identify music

Yeah they are more indie than alt rock, one could say lol

I may have heard the name of the band but not their actual songs. I appreciate you actually shared a song with me :D nobody really does! I like the song, it's definitely got a good Alt feel to it. There was another alt rock band from Italy that I got into a few years ago but now I completely forget their name.. I enjoyed their songs though! I'm going to see if I can find online which band it is..

Sharing new alternative music is a way of living for me ahah

Well it's hard to define Maneskin as alt rock because they're so so famous worldwide that I actually would consider them pop rock, because they make a really catchy and easy rock for the masses 😅 I know the Loneliest, it's not bad. But I prefer the album with Zitti e buoni, the song with which they won the Eurovision contest. There are some pretty angry songs in that album

Haha yeah I wasn't really familiar with them, and I don't watch TV so I had no idea they were popular from that :D
