Meeting a Hive Friend for the first time - Talent Tuesdays
Eden, Andrew and myself
What a privilege it is to meet a fellow Hivean. I've been blogging on Hive for 6 years now and I have introduced several people to the program but this is the first time I've actually physically met someone who is also on Hive.
My son and daughter met Andrew @apshamilton a couple of months ago when I was in hospital and was not able to go with them to meet him. Finally this morning we were able to meet up.
@offoodandart and I ran a cookery competition some years ago and my son was able to connect with and meet her son Angelo in Thailand. It has always been a dream of mine to meet up with Anna one day.
Eden's Dad is also in Cyprus and went along with us for the meeting.

@olgavita who runs the Reflection contest became a good friend of mine before joining Hive and it's been so good to watch her grow on the program.
@melinda010100 is another Hivean I would love to meet someday. Thank you for all your help

! help(no space) to get help on Hive. InfoHow very cool of you to have met each other! There are certainly many very interesting people on Hive. Maybe some day I'll come across someone who lives in my local area, although it's a high cost of living region so I surmise that Hive usage wouldn't be nearly as high here due to economic reasons.
Anyway, all this rambling aside, it would be very neat if you post some of the cooking that you two do! That would frankly be perfect for Talent Tuesday. Sending us the cooked food would be cheery on top. 😜

Happy to post some recipes and share some cooking for Talent Tuesdays. However, Anna and I live very far from one another - I am in Cyprus and she is in America. Her cooking and baking was on another level - I will ask her if she will post here. She hasn't been active on Hive for a while now.
That would be fantastic! We would be honored to host some of her culinary creations, and naturally, yours as well. 😊

Personally, I'd strongly encourage it! I readily proclaim that this is fine in this community. I know there are some "Hive police" out there who might disagree, but I'm willing to fight to protect this as permissible in this community.
