Music festival week 109 round 1/∆\ Firm foundation cover

Hello everybody, it's an honor to have you on my blog once again, hope we're all doing great. Welcome to music festival week 109 round 1, my name is chidistickz, never changing 😆 and I look forward to seeing you excited from viewing this post. Music is medicine to many things including being unhappy.

In the video above I did a cover of firm foundation by Merrick City, one of the coolest and amazing band in the world. Their recently released songs have been the hit song of the day, they're just mind blowing songs with lot's of positive value (just as I always love). On my opinion, I'd consider a piece of music to be great and cool if it is full of positive value and impact, of which the lyrics and rythm contributes to. The greatest of songs are not tied to a particular genre of music or style, it's in the positive value it adds to the community and Maverick city have done just that.

Firm foundation is a song that speaks of who we are as Christians, we are a kind or rather we're supposed to be the kind of people that are not moved by their external environment and situation, it's funny how we should feel joy in chaos, that's to tell you that what we experience shouldn't change or affect how we feel. How we feel is determined by God's word not by our situations, who we are is determined by God's word not what people say
The reason why we're not moved by our environment is that Christ is our Foundation, so he determines what becomes of us, what he says about us is what stands not what people say. Christ is our standard, Christ is our role model, Christ is our everything, he's the very reason why we're Christians so he defines us not the people.

En mi opinión, considero que una pieza musical es genial si está llena de valor e impacto positivos, a lo que contribuyen la letra y el ritmo.
