Que el funk nos arrope hoy con una de las canciones más famosas de la historia del funk y lo más interesante es que sé que te sabes muy bien esta canción, pero lo que no sabes es como se llama y el nombre de la banda, pues de trata de “Wild Cherry” que fue una banda estadounidense de rock y funk formada en los años 70, conocida principalmente por su éxito internacional "Play That Funky Music"; obviamente, es el tema que les traigo el día de hoy para este “Hive Music Festival”. "Play That Funky Music" se ha convertido en uno de los temas más emblemáticos del género funk/disco, siendo utilizado en innumerables películas, programas de televisión y eventos bailables. Su energía contagiosa sigue siendo relevante hoy en día, representando la esencia del baile y la diversión. Un gran tema con una magnífica línea de bajo.
