"Follow You To Virgie" - Tyler Childers Cover - HIVE Open Mic 172
Howdy Folks
This is my video for HIVE Open Mic 172 , the theme of Family inspired me to take a shot at this song by Tyler Childers called "Follow You To Virgie"
The song was written by Tyler for his friend Cody when his grandmother past away.
When thier group of friends were all high school aged and learning to play guitars and banjos Cody's grandmother would sit
and listen to them and sing along.
I guess at some point Cody moved from Kentucky to Virginia and when the Grandmother passed away Tyler went to visit his friend
and attend the funeral. Thats the theme of this song.
