Hola mis queridos amigos de hive. Espero que todos se encuentren bien en este día jueves. Les cuento que desde niño mi padre tenía la tradición de cantar todos los años a la virgen del Valle y nos inculcó eso a mi hermano y a mi, cada 8 de septiembre saliamos a recorrer diferentes comunidades de mi tierra carupanera y le cantabamos a nuestra patrona de oriente. Sus feligreses acostumbran a colocar un altar con la virgen y flores a su alrededor y hacer sus peticiones y colocan música con temas escritos para ella y décimas de galerones y hacen una gran fiesta.

Hello my dear friends of hive. I hope everyone is well on this Thursday. I tell you that since I was a child my father had the tradition of singing every year to the Virgen del Valle and he instilled that in my brother and me. Every September 8 we went out to visit different communities in my land of Carupana and we sang to our patron saint of East. Her parishioners usually place an altar with the virgin and flowers around her and make their requests and play music with themes written for her and tenths of gallons and have a great party.

Mi compadre José Carreño siempre nos buscaba a mi hermano y a mí para salir a tocar y cantar, él solía ser el cantante del grupo, pero como mi hermano se fue a Perú el año pasado cantamos con otro amigo,pero este año desde hace tres semanas nos empezamos a preparar con mis hijos Edgar y Adrián para llevar estás canciones a nuestra querida virgencita. Este grupo tiene el placer de cantarle desde hace 8 años a la virgen Del Valle hermosos temas de grandes cantautores como lo es Jesús Ávila Lucianne Sanabria, Francisco Mata y y una más que otra de la autoría de esta agrupación de jóvenes que se llenan de amor y alegría al inspirarse para regalarle un lindo homenaje a nuestra Patrona de Oriente.

This group has the pleasure of singing for the Virgin Del Valle beautiful songs by great singer-songwriters such as Jesús Ávila Lucianne Sanabria, Francisco Mata and one more than another by this group of young people who are filled with love and joy to be inspired to give a nice tribute to our Patroness of the East.

Le damos gracias a Dios 🙏 porque todos los años nos da vida, fortaleza y salud para seguir impulsando está maravillosa tradición venezolana y así permitir rescatar esos géneros musicales como la malagueña, gaita oriental, gaita llavajera, el punto, la jota, el galeron entre otras diversidades musicales que avivan nuestro sentir sucrense.
