In this week's Hive Open Mic event, we gather to celebrate our love for nature and Mother Earth. This song speaks to our deep-rooted connection with her. It invites us to recognize her presence in every aspect of our lives and to surrender ourselves to the beauty, power, and wisdom she offers. My wish is that we walk lightly on the Earth, appreciating her wonders, striving for a sustainable and harmonious coexistence with nature.
The song I'm sharing here introduces the concept of "Grandmother" as representation of Mother Earth herself. Grandmother is not only present in the obvious elements like fountains and mountains but also in the intangible forces that surround us. She is in the wind that whispers through the trees and the fire that warms our souls.

Dear brother! After so many weeks that you have been participating I finally have time to read you, listen to you and embrace you in the distance. I remember almost a year ago when you told me about the "Five Rhythms", I was going through chaos, which lasted until the beginning of the year in my life. The good thing is that I am in transition to stillness. I have worked hard all this time to achieve it, and as my friend you know it has been a long road.
I always have something to learn from everything you share in the community, whether it's through music, an image or a message. For me this week's theme 165 is synonymous with Cabe Lindsay, and you comparing mother earth as a grandmother is great. There is something special about this issue, as most of the Hive Open Mic members have connected with the feeling of loving and caring for nature, the earth, and understand that it must be respected and offered to future generations, just as grandmothers passed it on to us.
I haven't been singing here for a while, brother, but as I said, I'm finishing a process that really prevents me from singing. My dad and the rest of my family are synonymous with Hive Open Mic, in fact I thank this community for so many videos that have been recorded where I can see my dad singing for hours. If we had not known about this space we would never have so much material to remember. When you least expect it I will join in singing with the rest of the community.
