Threespeak is back baby! Not sure how others feel out there in the Hive-o-sphere, but my Hive experience is not the same without a place to upload videos.
Im looking forward to the coming SPK network that takes that next important step into decentralized video upload journey.
Todays video is a throwback. I was trolling through footage from late 2023, doing a little digital spring cleaning. Came accross some nice footage when @starkerz came for a visit to Lake Atitlan in Guatemala. i took him around to some of my friends businesses that were crypto friendly.
This day we came to The Eagles Nest for lunch. Sick views and delicious food, and the sweet venue also alows its guests to purchased with lightning network bitcoin.
You know what that means?!?!?! V4V baby. HBD never tasted so good!

I have wanted to know exactly how V4V works in practice and how it facilitates Hive and HBD transactions and now I know. This is a great video which nicely and succinctly demonstrates the way you can use your Hive and HBD to pay for goods and services.
It's so brilliant to see local independent businesses adopting Bitcoin and crypto as a method of payment for their customers.
The Eagles Nest where you ate looks so beautiful it really is soothing to the mind to look at. What a vantage point to scoff some food at! That looked like a decent portion by the way.

Yeah the lake is a special spot. There are many crypto friendly businesses around!
And yeah, the eagles nest is well known venue, they have huge shows and you can only imagine a few hundred people dancing on that big platform at the end...so fun and epic.
Starkerz has been around for a long time. He tends to be a guy behind the scenes, not so active in terms of posting. But very active in creating and supporting. He is core in threespeak and currently doing a lot with distrirator.
