Say Hey to Harmony- Your BlockTunes Support Buddy

You know how most support bots go: you type out your issue, they scan a knowledge base for keywords, and then hit you with a link to some FAQ that's almost what you asked about but not quite. Then you sit there waiting for a real person. We get it, our founder used to be a customer support engineer for Apple back in the day, and even just being a customer and having to deal with these 'support' agents, we know we needed to build something better.

Harmony's different than most. And here's the big thing, if you're logged in, she already knows who you are before you even say hi.

She's not digging through help articles or guessing which canned response fits your message. She's actually looking at your real account, on the blockchain, your subscription tier, your stats, your earnings, your wallet, and giving you an answer that's actually about YOU.

So What Does She Know?

The moment you pop open the chat and send a message, Harmony grabs your latest account info in real time:

• Your subscription tier — Bronze, Silver, Gold, or free
• Your BT Credit balance — exact amount, down to the decimal
• Your streaming stats — what tracks you've played and your cooldown situation
• Your A&R earnings — what you've made from artists you've referred
• Your $MUSIC balance — how much you're holding right now
• Whether you have any BTUNES NFTs — handy for whitelist and marketplace stuff
• Your recent MUSIC transactions — the latest moves in your wallet

You don't have to explain any of this. No digging up your username, no describing your account setup, no having to remember stupid security questions, no repeating yourself over and over. She's already got it all pulled up and ready to rock.

Why This Actually Matters

Let's walk through a real example...

Let's say a new user come across BlockTunes who has never heard of Hive. We all know blockchain can be confusing. We are trying to streamline not only the sign in process, but also the educational base, and that is where Harmony shines! She can break down what Hive is all about, why you need Hive Power, what witnesses are, etc in an easy to understand fashion for the user. She can help them walk though the sign on process if need be and get them started on-chain.

Or let's say you listened to a track, expected a streaming payout, and… nothing. You open support and type "hey, I didn't earn on that play."

Well, a regular chatbot would give you a general explainer on how payouts work. But not Harmony. She checks your cooldown status, looks at your last qualifying play, and tells you exactly what's up: "You're in cooldown until 3:42 PM, your next play after that will count." Or something like "Actually, you do have a pending payout, here's what it is."

That's not a help article or some generic answer, that's a real answer based on your account facts.

Stuff You Can Ask Harmony

Harmony can handle a ton of things for you. You don't have to have a problem to get answers from her, she can answer all kind of questions for you such as:

• Why didn't I earn on that play?
• How many LyricalGPT messages do I have left today?
• When's my subscription renewing?
• What's my referral link?
• How many editions of [this track] do I own?
• What's my MUSIC balance right now?
• How do I get whitelisted?
• Why's my AI mastering job stuck in the queue?
• How does the halving schedule work?
• How do I set up Smart Lock?
• What is Hive and why do I need staked tokens?

If it's about your account, she's probably got the answer. If it's about how the platform works, she knows the docs inside and out. She even knows HIVE developer docs! And if something's genuinely broken? You can escalate it right from the chat either through a bug report, or a support ticket if you need some individual attention. If there is something you would like to see on the site that doesn't exist, then you can also submit a feature report!

After you've gone back and forth with Harmony a bit (at least a couple messages), a Bug Report button slides into view at the bottom of the chat.

If she couldn't sort things out and you're pretty sure something's actually broken and it's not just an educational opportunity, just click it. Here's what happens:

1. Harmony pulls your full account context one last time.
2. She puts together a clean bug report: what went wrong, what you tried, what your account looks like, and her best guess at what's causing it.
3. That report gets zapped straight to the dev team's private Discord channel.

No summarizing., no annoying support ticket forms. The conversation you just had is the report. The structured version gets auto-generated so the devs can jump on it right away.

The Feature Request Button

Got a cool idea for BlockTunes? Something you wish existed? Harmony's all ears and lets you submit your coversation as a feature request.

If you describe a feature idea in the chat, she'll pick up on it, chat with you about it, and offer up the Feature Request button right there in the conversation. When you hit it, a couple of things happen:

1. Harmony turns your conversation into a tidy feature brief, what you want, why it matters, what problem it solves.
2. That brief lands directly in the dev team's feature request channel on Discord.

Your idea goes straight to the people building the platform, in a format they can actually work with. The feature request has already been used and the Vocal Booth feature in the Studio was the result!

The Submit Ticket Button

Sometimes you just need to go back and forth with an actual Human, even though Harmony is good, sometimes the issue takes dealing directly with the team. For those moments, there's the Submit Ticket button.

Click it and Harmony asks for your Discord username, then explains what's next. A private support thread gets spun up in the BlockTunes Discord server just for you. Your entire conversation with Harmony comes along as context, so you don't have to repeat yourself. A team member hops in and responds right in that thread as soon as possible.

You do need to be in the BlockTunes Discord to use this. Not in yet? The chat will hand you an invite link on the spot. Honestly, the server's worth joining anyway, that's where announcements, new features, and platform news drop first.

Your ticket gets its own ID (BT-0001, BT-0002, etc.) so you can keep tabs on it easily. We are also planning an on-chain chat feature that would really take the place of our Discord server and all this would happen in that platform, on-chain... But that is still in the works.

Where to Find Her

Harmony hangs out in the bottom-right corner of every page in the app. She stays tucked away when you don't need her and pops up above the audio player bar when she's active. Tap the button, tell her what's on your mind, and you're talking to something that actually knows your account inside and out.

She runs on BlockTunes' own hardware using a local Ollama instance of Qwen3.5, no third-party APIs. She's free, she's always around, and there's no message cap. Oh, and she will turn you down if you ask her to write some lyrics for you, so don't even try, lol. We thought of all the loopholes.

We are working on some future updates for Harmony that include different agent modes. You can already see this in action if you publish a post from BlockTunes. On the publish page, Harmony is setup to be a copy editor. She won't write your post for you, but she can help you edit and polish it up, just like she helped us polish up this post! So that's a couple of cool things we have planned!
