RE: Tribute to the best rock bands, today is: "Pink Floyd"

HI - thanks for that - was big fan back in the day! My band at the time did a few of their numbers (very badly! - actually thinking abut it we did everything badly!!)
I was always an early Floyd fan Barrett yes but more so after he left, Ummagumma, Saucerful but particularly Meddle. I remember standing in the shop waiting for it to come out. I was blown away.
Now for the controversial bit - started to go off them a little with Dark Side (I know heresy!) For me I liked all the weird stuff, I always felt that although I still loved the music (Animals particularly) I felt it had moved away a bit. Still that's me.
