Last weekend we were in the beautiful city of Eindhoven in the Netherlands at the biggest European hardcore punk festival ever.

The festival is the

Revolution Calling Festival

At the festival there are a few top-class bands in this hardcore punk music genre presenting their sound.

Several bands have also played their only concert for Europe this year. And even 2 bands who played their first concert in many years.

Among others the following cult band played:

SLAPSHOT

The American hardcore punk band SLAPSHOT comes from Boston, Massachusetts in the USA.
The band was founded in 1985.
The band plays a mixture of punk and American hardcore punk sound.

This band is playing their only concert in Europe at this festival.

I was very happy to see and celebrate this band. That was great.

Here are my unfortunately very bad photos, as we were always standing too far away from the stage. The halls were just too full and too big for us and unfortunately I wasn't that fit.

That was another very nice hardcore concert and festival. And it was a very nice evening and a very nice weekend.

Even here we met a few people we knew. That was also very nice.

There were friends of my girlfriend from the Ruhr area, and there were friends of mine from the Saarland at the festival. That was also very nice.

Unfortunately, the festival was over far too quickly. But the festival will be back next year.

Es haben hier auch verschiedene Bands ihr einziges Konzert für Europa dieses Jahr gespielt. Und sogar 2 Bands die ihr erstes Konzert seit vielen Jahren gemacht haben.

Unter anderem hat die folgenden Kult Band gespielt:

Ich habe mich sehr gefreut diese Band zu sehen und zu feiern. Das war Klasse.

Hier meine leider sehr schlechten Fotos, da wir immer zu weit von der Bühne weg standen. Die Hallen waren uns einfach zu voll und zu groß und ich war auch leider nicht so fit.

Das war wieder ein sehr schönes Hardcore Konzert und Festival. Und es war ein sehr schöner Abend und ein sehr schönes Wochenende.

Selbst hier haben wir ein paar Leute getroffen die wir gekannt haben. Das war auch sehr schön.

Es waren Freunde von meiner Freundin aus dem Ruhrgebiet da, und es waren Freunde von mir aus dem Saarland auf dem Festival. Das war auch sehr schön.

Leider war das Festival schon wieder viel zu schnell zu Ende. Aber nächstes Jahr ist das Festival auch wieder.
