We All Have Problems.
I got back from school three days ago and because I’m bored, I started to rack my brain thinking of what I can do to have fun or maybe where I can go.
Luckily, I remembered that my cousins stay very close to my house and I wanted to change my environment so I went to their place.
On getting there, the whole house was at home and my cousin’s child was at home as well. I’m shocked by the way that little girl is being very sharp and she takes to corrections easily.
This girl is just three years old but will be four by November but her level of intelligent baffles me a lot. I mean, the way she talks, the things she does and even the way she does them.
Later, my cousin and I went outside to chat and talk about the things we both have been going through. She then told me that her ex-boyfriend who she gave birth for already has another girlfriend and has even welcomed another child with the lady. I was shocked and that’s because this guy is just twenty four but he now has two kids from two different ladies.
What do you feel about that? I just feel he does not have the proper home training because if he does, he won’t make the second mistake after the first one. The saddest thing about it is that my uncle is the one who pays the child tuition fees and everything she needs. The real father of the baby doesn’t do anything.
This made me think about the things I’m going through and what my cousin is going through as well. We all have our problems which means that different people and different problem.
I went back to the living room and started to listen to some songs that fits my mood that truly, everyone has their problems.
That’s what inspired me to listen to these two songs.
I first listened to My mistakes by Matthew Nolan. Truly, my cousin has made a beautiful mistake that can never be corrected no matter how she tries to but it’s a lovely mistake because children are gifts from God.
I played the song in her presence and she felt it so hard. I don’t know what mood the song put her in but I know she has made her mistakes and I’ve made my mistakes as well. That’s just life.
This is the second song I listened to. I don’t really know much about this artiste but my friend only curated a playlist to fit that mood that we all have our problems and the title of the song is Real Life.
In real life, we all are meant to have problems no matter how little the problems may be and that’s just because problems are part of existence.
No matter what situation we are, I am always grateful and if you’re in that mood right now, listen to these two songs to calm your mind so that you can be back on your felt again.
Interesting write up
