Yeah, I think I've heard it desccribed in the private sector as MBA-disease... having lots of business "training" doesn't really help if you know nothing about the actual nuts and bolts of the business...
Yes, I've tried to explain inclusivity in the same way... but it just doesn't land well.... and I come across as a dickhead. So, I've given up on challenging that...
