RE: One Grant won, and another in progress

Oh it is quite tricky... Sometimes it really feels like a lucky dip, and then reasons are just made up to justify the decision, even if they are blantently not quite right. I suspect that the peer arts ones go for vibe... Reading and detailed budgets seem to be a lost cause!
