Got some! What was the idea again? Just pickling, or was it roasting? We talked about both, and I can't recall if it was pickled roasted beets, roasted pickled beets or two different things entirely. 😅

Roast, then pickle!!! Yum! Stuff whatever herbs, garlic, chilli, lemon in jar with them. Delish!!!!
